Venue Information
Society Hill Dance Academy is a wonderful venue for any reception or private party! Our beautiful studio comes equipped with professional hardwood dance floors, a spacious interior, oversized bay windows overlooking Philadelphia’s historic Head House Square, a state of the art sound system, and a gorgeous terrace in the back. The studio rental fee is $1,800 for 4 hours and $500 for every additional hour. Society Hill Dance Academy is perfect for weddings, receptions, bar and bat mitzvahs, private parties, bachelorette parties and other special events. The studio can accommodate 150 people for a sit-down dinner. With the use of our additional outdoor space, it can accommodate many more.

Head House Square Shambles
If you would like to use the Head House Square shambles for additional outdoor space (the famous covered outdoor area in front of the studio), you can rent it from the city and have your ceremony or even dinner outside. The rental fee for the Shambles is $1000.
